Heart Disease/Cholesterol

It's said that the three main culprits of heart disease are chlorine, trans fats, and homogenized dairy products. Fasting is also said to have a positive effect on the heart.

Cholesterol is reportedly very healthy; and many have high cholesterol counts with absolutely no heart issues. Cholesterol is said to become an issue only after the chlorine and homogenized dairy gashes up the arteries. The cholesterol in turn fills in to plug the arteries as a savior mechanism. This is where cholesterol can become an issue once the arteries are already damaged. So, to say that cholesterol is the problem isn't the full story. You need to focus on eating foods that do not gash up the arteries to begin with.

Solutions:

1. Get a reverse osmosis filter unit for your drinking water, and a good quality shower filter. A shower filter is very important since a lot of the gases are inhaled and act similar to a gas chamber with all those chemicals in the water. It's said that a 10-15 minute shower without a filter equals the effects of the consumption of unfiltered water that one would normally drink daily. Basically, it wouldn't make much sense using a filter for your faucet and not using a shower filter.

2. Avoid processed foods as much as you can. If you need, maybe treat yourself to a day of rule-free eating. This can be patched up via cleansing later on.

3. Instead of consuming milk and dairy from the store, opt-out for (raw) milk and cheeses.
