High Fructose Corn Syrup, Meat, and Uric Acid

We have ahadeeth that teach us to avoid or keep away from too much uric acids. Too much meat intake is said to increase uric acids. High fructose corn syrup is known to increase uric acid; which is said to lead to heart disease, obesity, high blood pressure, and kidney disease. Yes, 100% fruit juice does contain fructose. I would not drink juice without the pulp or fibers. The fibers sort of act as a time-releasing agent for the fructose, allowing for a natural 'antidote' for this fructose. If you do decide to drink a milkshake, remember to keep the skin or fibers intact, or you could add your own fiber to your shakes.
