High Fructose Corn Syrup, Meat, and Uric Acid

We have ahadeeth that teach us to avoid or keep away from too much uric acids. Too much meat intake is said to increase uric acids. High fructose corn syrup is known to increase uric acid; which is said to lead to heart disease, obesity, high blood pressure, and kidney disease. Yes, 100% fruit juice does contain fructose. I would not drink juice without the pulp or fibers. The fibers sort of act as a time-releasing agent for the fructose, allowing for a natural 'antidote' for this fructose. If you do decide to drink a milkshake, remember to keep the skin or fibers intact, or you could add your own fiber to your shakes.

Vitamin B17

It can be found inside the seed of apricots and peaches. Laetrile is known as a natural cure to rid the body of tumors and cancers. Invest in a nutcracker and enjoy!

Applying Oils in the Evening

We have ahadeeth that teach us to apply olive oil in the evenings. If I remember correctly, it's also said to increase our noor and blood flow. Avoid applying oils in the morning since it'll act as a natural sunscreen blocking about 20% of the natural sunlight's benefits from reaching you.
